Summary: This agreement seeks to increase school stability for Foster Students in Riverside County and defines the transportation procedures for Foster Students to remain in their School of Origin.
The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) requires that Local Education Agencies, Department of Public Social Services and/or Probation share costs when providing transportation services.
