Summary: All construction projects disturbing one (1) or more acres of soil are required to prepare and monitor a Storm Water Pollution Protection Plan (SWPPP).

Everest Environmental has proposed to provide monitoring compliance throughout the construction of the Summerwind Trails project.

The monitoring services are based on an eighty-one week construction duration.

Recommendation: The administration recommends the Board of Trustees of the Beaumont Unified School District approve an agreement with Everest Environmental to monitor the Storm Water Pollution Protection Plan (SWPPP) and complete required reports during the construction of the Summerwind Trails School.
